• The item received is physically damaged, leaked, or defective upon delivery.
• The wrong item or incorrect quantity was shipped to you.
• Unboxing video proof showing the clear defect or damage from the time of opening the package must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and purity standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened, used, or partially consumed herbal items, powders, or consumable essentials.
• Products purchased during seasonal clearance sales or promotional discount events.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the returned item is inspected at our facility in Ghaziabad, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment or store credit within 5–7 business days.
